Ann Takamaki is a very popular romance option. Besides romance, she brings a lot more to the table. Ann has the same as Ryuji, good perks for combat as a party member. Kasumi is a new addition to the Phantom Thieves in Persona 5 Royal. She has a very interesting background and story. Kasumi brings some fantastic perks to the team. She is a must to max out in Persona 5 Royal, if you don’t, you miss out on a lot. Kasumi is another romantic option for Joker.
Sojiro Sakura, the strict and slick guardian who represents the Hierophant Arcana. We’ll walk you through every rank of his Social link, including the best conversation choices to maximize your bond. Sojiro is a master when it comes to coffee and curry.
The Temperance arcana is represented by Sadayo Kawakami, who is your school teacher. She has a few amazing perks to save valuable time if you make use of her connection early on. Kawakami is highly recommended as a Social Link to max out.
Futaba is the brilliant hacker behind the Phantom Thieves. She is very introverted at first, but starts to open up to Joker as the game progresses. Futaba represents the hermit Arcana in Persona 5 and Persona 5 Royal.
Hifumi represents the Star Arcana in the velvet room. She is a brilliant Shogi player. Her quiet demeanour might come across as uninteresting. However, she is worth investing in as a social link and has quite a nice story as well.
Iwai, the store owner who supplies the Phantom Thieves with firearms, is also a confidant. Representing the Hanged Man arcana, he offers more than decent skill unlocks and becomes a friend in your Phantom Thieves journey.
Haru is one of the sweetest characters you’ll meet. She represents the Empress Arcana in Persona 5 and Persona 5 Royal. She’s the heiress to Okumura Foods, a massive restaurant corporation run by her father. Haru joins the Phantom Thieves late in the game, but she’s a valuable character to max out nonetheless.
Tae Takemi, referred to as the “Plague Doctor,” represents the Death Arcana. Her clinic shop has a few very strong accessories once you reach a high enough confidant rank. Tae has an interesting story that shows a doctor fighting against a corrupt medical system.
Step into the world of Shibuya’s arcade scene with Shinya Oda. Shinya represents the Tower Arcana. Mastering this Confidant will boost your gun skills. He’s an elementary school student with incredible talent, but also a boastful and arrogant brat who looks down on others who aren’t as skilled as him.
