CD Projekt Red Announces Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.3
What we know so far:
- The update will be released on June 26. More details to come.
- Virtuos is most likely assisting with development, as they did for patch 2.2
- New car customizations and a special Balatro quest
My journey in Cyberpunk 2077 started earlier this year. To my surprise and excitement, they announced another big patch coming on June 26. CD Project Red made the announcement during the livestream launch of Cyberpunk 2077 on the Nintendo Switch 2. The announcement was made by senior community manager Glicja Kozera. “The last one wasn’t the last one”.
Earlier, they said they wouldn’t bring any new updates because The Witcher 4 and another Cyberpunk game take priority (The Witcher 4 will definitely keep us waiting for quite a bit longer).
Not yet confirmed, but an employee leak indicates that Virtuos was again involved in the development of update 2.3. Previously, they worked on patch 2.2. At the moment, not much is known about the update. It is expected to bring new car customizations, a special Balatro quest, and probably a lot more.
